The frequency of your practice depends on your individual goals and lifestyle. Consistency is key, so aim to practice regularly, whether it’s once a week or several times a week.
It depends on the severity of your condition. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before attending class, and please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions before the class begins.
It is extremely important to stay hydrated but generally water is not required. Drinking water during a yoga practice can break your concentration. Why not drink a couple of glasses of water before the class to stay hydrated. Re-hydrate after the class.
