Annoucing our new class – Yogalates – with Carol Potter every friday at 9.30am. Starting June 27th!

This all-levels Yogalates class blends the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and breathwork of yoga. Expect a mindful yet energizing session that tones muscles, improves posture, and enhances body awareness – all while supporting a calm and focused mind.

Whether you’re new to movement or experienced, modifications and options are offered throughout to ensure everyone feels comfortable and challenged at their own pace.
